On standard services, we use premium-brand materials (e.g., Grohe taps, Farrow & Ball paint). On economy, we use quality mid-range alternatives (e.g., Bristan taps, Dulux Trade paint). Both get the job done properly — economy just costs less.

We won't offer an economy option where we can't stand behind the result.
