House Rewiring & New Circuits
If your home still has old rubber, fabric-covered, or aluminium wiring — or if your consumer unit doesn't have RCD protection — a rewire is the single best investment you can make in your home's electrical safety. A full rewire replaces all cabling, sockets, switches, and the consumer unit, bringing the installation up to the current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition). We work room by room to minimise disruption, ensure you have temporary power where possible, and handle all Building Control notification. For smaller jobs, we can install individual new circuits for kitchens, electric showers, or outdoor buildings.

Light, Switch & Socket Replacement
Replacing dated white plastic fittings with modern brushed steel or chrome switches and sockets is one of the most cost-effective ways to refresh the look of a room. We also install LED downlights to replace older halogen or CFL fittings, outdoor lights with PIR sensors for security, and USB integrated sockets for convenient device charging. All replacements include a safety test on the circuit before we leave. Our economy option uses quality white plastic fittings — functionally identical and fully compliant — at a significantly lower cost than designer metal finishes.

A professionally installed CCTV system acts as both a deterrent and a source of evidence if the worst happens. Intercom & Door Entry Systems
Whether you need a simple audio intercom for a flat or a full video entry system for a larger property, we supply and install systems from brands like Ring, Aiphone, and Comelit. Modern IP-based video systems let you see and speak to visitors from your smartphone even when you're not home. For apartment blocks, we can install multi-handset systems with individual flat calling. Installation includes all cabling from the entry panel to the internal handset or monitor, neatly concealed and tested.

Extractor Fan Installation
Bathrooms and kitchens without adequate ventilation suffer from condensation, mould growth, and lingering odours. We install through-wall and ceiling-mounted extractor fans with appropriate extraction rates for the room size, including timer and humidity-sensor models that run automatically when needed. For kitchens, we fit ducted cooker hood extractors vented to the outside — a requirement under Part F of the Building Regulations. All installations include a condensation trap where needed and a neat external vent cover.

TV Wall Mounting & Cable Concealment
Wall-mounting your TV creates a clean, modern look and frees up floor space — but nothing ruins the effect faster than visible cables dangling down the wall. Our installation includes concealing all power, HDMI, and aerial cables inside the wall cavity using proper cable management kits that comply with electrical safety regulations (power cables run in conduit). We mount TVs up to 85 inches on brick, stud, or plasterboard walls using appropriate fixings rated for the weight. Soundbar mounting and bracket supply are also available.
